Wush wush

Wush Wush is a town located in the Kaffa zone, region of southwest Ethiopia. The last one, noun as the place of origin for all coffee name their varieties after the region, zone, processing mill or simply by a local name.

 

The variety it's not common to find in Colombia because it needs a larger space to be cultivated, requieres higher altitud in order to protect the plant from insect and deseas like leaf rust.

Wush wush has beautiful notes lime, passion fruit acidity, honey sweetness, ginger and black paper spices   and intense floral aroma to jasmine and lemongrass
